What you will do

• Design, evolve, and operate distributed systems for mission-critical financial workloads.
• Develop high-performance Java backend services and APIs using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Optimize latency, asynchronous processing, IO efficiency, and overall system performance through profiling, benchmarking, and load testing.
• Build reliable messaging and integration flows with JPA, JDBC templates, JMS, and event-driven patterns.
• Integrate financial platforms and third-party services while maintaining data integrity, security, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Shape the architecture and scalability of backend services powering digital wealth and investment capabilities in the bank’s e-banking platform.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing, building, and operating mission-critical financial or distributed systems.
• Strong Java expertise, including Core Java, Collections, JSON, and JDBC, together with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Practical knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, low-latency services, consistency models, resiliency patterns, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with relational databases, JPA, JDBC, JMS, Unix/Linux, and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, plus Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of OAuth2, API security, IAM concepts, code review, testing, ownership, and agile collaboration.
