Front Arena Developer & Platform Specialist (Front Arena)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Front Arena installation, interfaces, and supporting tools.
• Capture requirements, plan solutions, and implement and test changes in an agile SAFe environment.
• Provide first-line Front Arena support for Trading, Midoffice, and Risk Office users.
• Tune performance and stability across Front Arena environments, including ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH, TAPS, and MS-SQL.
• Work directly with traders on complex trade-floor problems and continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience maintaining and configuring Front Arena landscapes.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Front Arena Developer using Python, AEL, and ACM.
• Experience with structured-product issuance, trading, and lifecycle management.
• Previous experience working directly with traders on a trade floor.
• Background in Science, Technology, or Engineering, with strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and customer-service skills.
• Good English knowledge at approximately B1/B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADFL.
