Client Licensing Coordinator (Fintech): Executing client usage reviews across FactSet's financial data products to ensure compliance with licensing agreements, with an accent on client interviews, licensing analysis, and third-party data risk. Focus on investigating usage, communicating findings to global stakeholders, and supporting intellectual property and market data compliance.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. The role requires initial work during US Eastern time zone hours and regular weekly overlap with the US Client Licensing Team.

What you will do

  • Execute and facilitate client usage reviews through client meetings, account research, written questionnaires, and documentation.
  • Review licensing agreements and explain product licensing limitations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate client feedback and usage observations to account managers, product managers, and other global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the US Client Licensing Team during onboarding and maintain regular cross-team coordination.
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting sales, product development, client licensing, intellectual property, and third-party data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a relevant industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and investigative skills.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with market data licensing terms and policies.
  • Technical understanding of IT architecture, systems engineering, data mapping, and access-control entitlements.
  • Ability to work initially during US Eastern time zone hours and maintain regular weekly overlap.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with market data audits or other types of audits.
  • Prior experience in asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, fintech, or another financial-services environment.
