TL;DR
Finance Analyst (FP&A/Accounting): Supporting Thailand finance operations through budgeting, forecasting, three-year planning, P&L review, and financial reporting with an accent on business partnering, statutory compliance, and intercompany accounting. Focus on analyzing financial performance, identifying business risks and opportunities, and coordinating accurate month-end close activities with the shared service centre.

What you will do
- Prepare accurate and commercially focused budgets, forecasts, and three-year plans for the Thailand business.
- Monitor sales pacing and cost spending, identify risks and opportunities, and provide concise commentary supported by analysis.
- Partner with event teams and stakeholders on financial planning and business performance.
- Review monthly P&L results and coordinate with the Asia Shared Service Centre on month-end close, revenue, costs, accruals, and intercompany billing.
- Build financial reports, conduct performance analysis, and support business decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, manage intercompany recharges, and respond to ad hoc finance requests.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 3–5 years of experience, preferably in FP&A or business partnering within a multinational company.
- Familiarity with local statutory and tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
- Fluent Thai and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organization, independence, accountability, and adaptability.
