TL;DR
Information Assurance/Security Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing information assurance systems in Jordan with an accent on secure system architecture, vulnerability analysis, compliance, and security operations. Focus on configuring and validating security controls, performing certification testing, managing threats and vulnerabilities, and supporting systems requiring TS/SCI clearance.
Location: Amman, Jordan; fully onsite
Salary: $94,150–$101,317 annually

What you will do
- Translate security and business requirements into technical designs with the client.
- Design and implement information assurance and security engineering systems covering business continuity, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, insider-threat mitigation, and physical security analysis.
- Configure and validate secure systems, security products, and network defenses; perform network scanning and vulnerability analysis.
- Implement and maintain defense devices, accounts, signatures, patches, and deployed security systems.
- Perform security certification testing, vulnerability management, incident response, security assessments, and customer support.
- Support secure systems operations, maintenance, and compliance with DoD/IC policies and directives.
Requirements
- Must work fully onsite in Amman, Jordan.
- High school diploma and 9+ years of experience, or commensurate experience.
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
- State-accredited Professional Engineer (PE) license through NCEES required.
- Experience with security engineering, vulnerability analysis, certification testing, and security operations.
