Strategic Communications Leader (Agritech)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver global communications and engagement strategies aligned with the company mission and growth strategy.
• Build messaging and narratives for different markets, audiences, and communication channels.
• Develop stories, pitch media, and strengthen relationships with media in operating markets.
• Manage issues and critical communications during rapidly changing events while protecting customer and brand reputation.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives, major announcements, strategic campaigns, and public relations activities.
• Lead a global team of Strategic Communications managers and collaborate with executives, leaders, advisors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in senior strategic communications roles.
• Significant experience developing and delivering strategic communications strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media landscapes, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate complex technical or regulatory topics clearly and confidently.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, listening, and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior executives or politicians.
• Proactive, self-directed, highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful approach.

• Experience in government relations.
• Experience in the farming industry.
