TL;DR
PR & KOL Manager (Pooling) (Influencer Marketing): Planning and executing end-to-end KOL campaigns, managing creator relationships, and coordinating content, contracts, payments, and reporting with an accent on campaign operations, compliance, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on sourcing suitable creators, optimizing campaign performance through insights, and balancing creator authenticity with brand objectives.
Location: Remote
What you will do
- Source, evaluate, and recommend KOLs for campaign goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns while coordinating with Digital, Copy, Art, BI, Finance, and Relationship Management teams.
- Build creator relationships and manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, MOAs, deliverables, posting requirements, and payments.
- Oversee content submissions, approvals, live-post monitoring, and compliance with campaign briefs and brand standards.
- Maintain influencer pools, campaign timelines, posting trackers, budgets, and payment logs.
- Collect campaign insights, coordinate performance reporting with BI, recommend optimizations, and support onboarding of junior team members.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Klear or Meltwater.
