Business Operations and Contracts Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States, or Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 62,000–82,000 per year in Ontario at the start of employment.

What you will do

• Coordinate contract and vendor management workflows for the CTO Strike Team.
• Manage contract renewals, purchase order requests, approvals, due diligence, and contract lifecycle milestones.
• Maintain organized repositories and contract management databases with accurate documentation and key information.
• Prepare program updates, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate software clearances, VSA, DPA, usage data, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support ad hoc operational and project management initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in program coordination, business operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in contract administration or purchase order creation is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare summaries and present polished slide decks.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows, approvals, documentation, and competing priorities independently.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as JDE or Oracle is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude.
