Affiliate Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Full-time onsite role at the Melbourne office, Australia

Salary: AUD 80,000–90,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Identify, research, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across SEO, PPC, media buying, and mobile app channels.
• Benchmark competitors, commission structures, and partner portfolios through detailed analysis.
• Build affiliate relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and improve commission structures.
• Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs, optimise deals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Vet partners, monitor affiliate activity, and maintain program and brand compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline program administration.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing or a similar data-driven digital marketing role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability, strong organisation, and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of performance marketing channels, search engine algorithms, and AI-driven traffic acquisition.
• Understanding of streaming platforms for content creators.
• Familiarity with sports betting, online gambling, or crypto industries.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, automation, and digital marketing trends.
