What you will do
- Support monitoring and management of server and service alerts.
- Assist with alert escalation and coordinate with the appropriate teams.
- Execute infrastructure maintenance tasks according to established procedures.
- Create and update operational documentation.
Requirements
- Graduated or pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related technology field.
- Professional internship availability for at least six months.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, system administration, Docker, and Git.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Bash or Python scripting.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
