IT Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work model

Company

International technology company hiring through hirify.global, with infrastructure spanning web applications, CRM integrations, trading systems, databases, networking, security, and internal AI services.

What you will do

• Migrate and take ownership of infrastructure for the company website, client portal, CRM integrations, and trading systems from external vendors.
• Manage production environments across Linux, Windows Server, on-premise, and cloud infrastructure.
• Own Docker deployments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident response.
• Maintain trading server availability, backups, failover, integrations, and disaster recovery processes, including regular restore testing.
• Manage networking and security, including Zero Trust networking, firewalls, VPNs, Cloudflare, network segmentation, access audits, credential rotation, and least-privilege controls.
• Manage ClickHouse and PostgreSQL databases, support internal AI infrastructure such as LLM serving and AI agents, and collaborate with CRM, trading platform, and development teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure experience with production ownership, on-call duties, and incident management.
• Strong Linux administration, Windows Server, Docker, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability experience.
• Production database experience with indexing, query performance, backup, and restore, including ClickHouse or PostgreSQL.
• Strong networking and security knowledge covering DNS, TLS, reverse proxies and tunnels, VPNs, secret management, and least privilege.
• Experience with infrastructure migrations, vendor takeovers, production web applications, staging-to-production workflows, and system ownership transitions.
• Good Thai communication skills and communicable English are required. Strong documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also expected.

Nice to have

• Practical daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Understanding of the distinction between infrastructure/server responsibilities and business-level CRM or trading configuration.
