Senior SAP VIM / OpenText BCC Consultant (SAP Finance)

What you will do

• Support SAP VIM and OpenText BCC solutions in an SLA-driven production environment.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and handle service requests.
• Configure and enhance SAP VIM invoice processing workflows for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Maintain and optimize OpenText BCC/OCR capture solutions, including invoice validation and exception handling.
• Support invoice approval, posting, SAP Finance integration, and workflow processes.
• Implement business enhancements and automation initiatives in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP VIM experience.
• 5+ years of OpenText Business Capture Center experience.
• Strong knowledge of PO and non-PO invoice processing, approval workflows, validation rules, exception handling, and SAP FI/AP integration.
• Hands-on experience with OCR configuration, capture fields, validation rules, XML/PDF invoice processing, application customization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, SAP FI, Accounts Payable, MM Invoice Verification, and Workflow Management.
• Experience with AMS/support services in production environments.

• Experience with invoice digitization and automation projects.
• Knowledge of document archiving and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing evolutive backlogs and continuous improvement initiatives.
