What you will do
- Meet and greet C-suite guests and key industry stakeholders at the CNBC Singapore studio.
- Prepare guests for interview segments and interact with them before live television appearances.
- Create daily highlights and distribute them to clients and affiliates.
- Support breaking-news coverage and learn to pitch newsmakers and market movers for interviews.
- Build relationships with guests, companies, PR agencies, and financial institutions across APAC.
- Clip short video highlights from interviews for CNBC’s digital platforms.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student in business, economics, mass communication, or a related field.
- Existing legal right to work in Singapore is required; candidates without Singapore work eligibility will not be considered.
- Available for a full-time internship from January through June 2027.
- Fluent English is required for communication with guests in English-language programming.
- Interest in business news, economics, financial markets, and current affairs.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines and operate in a fast-paced live-news environment.
