What you will do
- Receive, validate, register, assign, and track IT logistics requests in ServiceNow HAM.
- Translate approved requests into equipment preparation, delivery, collection, return, relocation, and swap actions.
- Maintain accurate asset records in ABAC Assets Forms and keep stock and inventory data up to date.
- Coordinate equipment movements with warehouse operators, distribution teams, field technicians, and support teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Monitor open requests, resolve blockers, escalate discrepancies, and support inventory checks, reconciliations, and audits.
- Prepare operational reports and improve logistics procedures, processes, and work instructions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT logistics, IT asset management, stock coordination, service operations, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of IT equipment logistics and asset lifecycle management, including deliveries, collections, relocations, replacements, and returns.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and strong ability to manage asset records, administrative transactions, and inventory data.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook, with good organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English and French, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
Nice to have
- Experience with ABAC Assets Forms, EU institutions, ITIL, inventory reconciliation, or asset audits.
- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management experience.
