Video Game LQA Tester (Mexican Spanish)

Location: On-site at the studio in Brossard, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Execute and update test cases for localized video game content.
• Verify translation quality, consistency, language correctness, cultural accuracy, and console terminology.
• Report localization bugs and provide constructive suggestions for solutions.
• Analyze games through gameplay testing and provide feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with test leads and international testers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and follow project procedures.

Requirements

• Native-level Mexican Spanish and expert knowledge of Mexican culture.
• French and English communication skills are required.
• Beginner spoken English and intermediate written English are required.
• Passion for video games and broad knowledge of video game platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly; higher education in languages or technology is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality assurance, game localization, translation, or proofreading.
