Localization Specialist (AI)

Managing localization for hirify.global’s global IT products, including 65 websites across 54 countries and 34 languages.

What you will do

• Coordinate machine translation post-editing, reviews, and implementation for web content, mobile apps, emails, and internal software UI.
• Identify and resolve linguistic and market-specific issues before product launches.
• Manage translation schedules, quality, procurement, pricing, and invoicing with external localization vendors.
• Coordinate reviews with more than 50 EMEA reviewers and collaborate with product, engineering, content, legal, and local-market stakeholders.
• Create and maintain translation memories, glossaries, style guides, and reference materials.
• Introduce AI-based solutions to improve translation speed, quality, and cost efficiency, while supporting process improvements and stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Translation Studies, Linguistics, Computer Science, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in web or software localization.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail while working under pressure.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
