Principal, Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment (HE/HTA)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; able to work from Copenhagen and connected with strategic HTA/HE decision-making in Medicon Valley

What you will do

• Own client engagements from initial needs assessment and solution design through project delivery.
• Develop evidence generation strategies, HTA solutions, payer and reimbursement submissions, value stories, and integrated HEOR/HTA offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with Nordic headquarters, pharmaceutical companies, payers, and other life sciences stakeholders.
• Identify follow-on work, new business opportunities, and opportunities to expand integrated solutions.
• Lead thought leadership, educational, and go-to-market materials and contribute to hirify.global's industry profile.
• Mentor, coach, and support the development of 3–4 staff while fostering collaborative, high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries, with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and develop tailored solutions for HE/HTA stakeholders in Nordic life sciences.
• Established pharmaceutical industry and payer network, with experience driving headquarters or global deals.
• Strong understanding of payer evaluation, product development drivers, market needs assessment, and value proposition development.
• Clear, structured communication and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with complex or ambiguous information.

• Experience with AI/ML.
