Maintenance Technician CNC

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Plan and execute maintenance projects, including sourcing external contractors when needed.
• Analyze technical problems and complete repairs on mechatronical systems.
• Dismantle, repair, assemble, align, calibrate, and commission production machinery.
• Execute machine ramp-up, setup, and startup procedures.
• Support installation projects and collaborate with Industrial Engineers and production leads.
• Document mechatronical, calibration, and maintenance results; provide shop-floor guidance and training when the Maintenance Supervisor is absent.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with mechanical systems and machine controls.
• Proficiency in machine alignment and geometry adjustment for multi-axis systems.
• Experience with laser alignment calibration and machine calibration services.
• Ability to read blueprints, create sketches, and develop scopes of work.
• Knowledge of Siemens 840D, FANUC, and Allen-Bradley controls for troubleshooting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
