🚀 CMO / Marketing Director | International Performance Marketing

I’m currently looking for a CMO for an international company in the iGaming industry.

We’re looking for someone who can work not only on strategy but also on buying and scaling traffic at a significant volume.

What you’ll be doing:
— owning the development of the marketing function and traffic scaling;
— identifying new effective traffic sources and growth opportunities;
— working closely with the affiliate and operations teams;
— increasing the volume of quality traffic and balancing growth with operational needs;
— contributing to the development of the marketing strategy across international markets.

What’s important:
— 4+ years of experience as a CMO;
— experience in iGaming / gaming / betting / casino is mandatory;
— strong hands-on experience in performance marketing / traffic acquisition;
— proven experience in scaling traffic;
— experience managing marketing budgets above $1M;
— strong understanding of affiliate / performance models;
— English C1+ is mandatory.

Format: remote or hybrid
Compensation: open to discussing based on the candidate’s expectations.
