Frontend Engineer (React Native)

Location: Remote from Colombia

hirify.global is a financial platform providing banking, payments, credit, and e-commerce services in Colombia.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for the Marketplace across web and mobile.
• Build features such as search, filters, favorites, shopping carts, and order management.
• Take end-to-end ownership of software design, development, testing, release, and operation.
• Architect accessible, maintainable, usable, and high-performing interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver customer and merchant experiences.
• Deploy features through CI/CD, review pull requests, contribute architecture decisions, and participate in occasional on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time technical experience as a software engineer.
• Professional experience building mobile applications with React Native is required.
• Strong frontend experience with TypeScript, React, Storybook, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries, tools, and web performance optimization.
• Good UX/UI foundations and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work with a distributed team.
