What you will do
- Support an outstanding customer exence.
- Contribute to the efficient execution of construction projects.
- Manage customer service and order-related activities in a structured and organized manner.
- Prioritize multiple activities and collaborate with colleagues on solutions.
Requirements
- Previous exence in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
- Very good written and spoken Greek and English are required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; ERP exence is an asset.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a structured way, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- ERP exence.
