Data Center Solutions Architect (AI/GPU Infrastructure)

Location: Houston, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $160,000–$290,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and workloads.
• Design end-to-end data center solutions covering GPU racks, compute, networking, storage, data pipelines, and management systems.
• Develop network architectures using leaf/spine, rail designs, InfiniBand, Ethernet, and RoCE.
• Translate customer needs into detailed technical architectures and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and alignment.
• Support deployment planning and ensure performance and reliability targets are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data center architecture and large-scale infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of networking and high-performance fabrics.
• Experience with GPU systems and AI/ML infrastructure workloads.
• Experience with storage systems and distributed infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tooling to augment the design process.
