Tech Lead ART SDA (DevOps)

What you will do

• Lead the Software Delivery Accelerator Center and oversee the DevOps system.
• Architect, build, and maintain the CI/CD platform for application development, testing, deployment, and release.
• Guide development teams during platform onboarding and support projects in achieving high-quality deliverables.
• Advance the DevOps transition by optimizing processes and implementing supporting CI/CD capabilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of CI/CD tools across Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premise virtual machines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to the transformation of testing into an agile environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a tech lead.
• Proven background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as a CI/CD and cloud engineer, with strong knowledge of Golang, Java, .NET, and JavaScript technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience automating lifecycle activities for CI/CD platforms.
• Full-stack development experience.
