Accounting Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Process monthly depreciation, amortization, accrual, and provision entries.
• Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare agent commission reports and monitor related provisions and payments.
• Manage import transaction closing, bank transaction uploads, cash flow support, and parked AR/AP payments.
• Maintain vendor master data, including payment terms, tax details, banking information, and supporting documentation.
• Provide financial analysis and audit documentation while safeguarding confidential information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience covering general ledger postings, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting support, and vendor master data.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills, with high attention to detail and integrity.

Nice to have

• LATAM or regional finance experience.
• Experience managing high transaction volumes and adapting to changing processes, systems, and regulations.
