Cloud Native Technical Services Engineer (Kubernetes)

Location: On-site five days a week in Prague (Karlín), Czech Republic

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and support large-scale customer deployments across public and private clouds.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance during deployments, proofs of concept, pre-sales calls, and production operations.
• Analyze logs, reproduce complex customer issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on long-term fixes.
• Own support cases end to end, triage multi-layer software stack issues, and escalate to core engineering when necessary.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu, or VMware container solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or related cloud technologies.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.
• Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call rotations.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Prague.

Nice to have

• CKA certification.
• Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
