Senior Software Delivery Manager (Banking & ATM Solutions): Leading large-scale software implementation programs for enterprise banking and retail clients with an accent on cloud architecture, microservices, ATM platforms, complex integrations, and portfolio P&L performance. Focus on governing Agile and SAFe delivery, managing multi-million-euro program spend, mitigating deployment and security risks, and aligning engineering, architecture, product, and vendor teams.
Location: Hybrid role in Olivedale, Gauteng, South Africa

What you will do
- Lead large-scale software implementation programs for enterprise banking and retail clients.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and support.
- Orchestrate integrations between ATM platforms, legacy systems, and digital banking solutions.
- Build customer relationships while ensuring service excellence and SLA achievement.
- Govern delivery through Agile, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies.
- Own portfolio financial performance, budgets, resources, commercial changes, and profitability.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience delivering and implementing enterprise software solutions.
- 3–4 years of experience in a client-facing Software Delivery Manager role within a technology vendor environment.
- Experience managing software delivery programs for banking, ATM, self-service, or POS solutions.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with ATM software, transaction processing, switching systems, or CEN/XFS environments.
- Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills across distributed teams.
Nice to have
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management accreditation.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or related Agile credentials.
- Experience in enterprise banking technology, digital payments, or self-service ecosystems.
