Apprentice Accounts Clerk (Accounting): Supporting the Finance Department through creditor payments, invoice posting, sales invoicing, reconciliations, and petty cash management with an accent on accurate financial records and documentation. Focus on preparing supplier, debtor, intercompany, and bank reconciliations, maintaining accounting files, and producing raw material reports.

What you will do
- Issue creditor payments after authorization and posting.
- Prepare supplier, debtor, intercompany, and bank reconciliations.
- Post invoices in the accounting system and issue sales invoices.
- Prepare raw material reports for reconciliation purposes.
- Maintain accounting documentation and filing.
- Manage petty cash, including related postings, and support other finance duties as needed.
Requirements
- Currently studying at MCAST on one of the following programmes: Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Advanced Diploma in Finance and Insurance, or Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
