Product Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Kraków, Poland; Remote/Hybrid

Salary: 144,000–216,000 PLN annually, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Support and optimize feature launch processes and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful releases.
• Administer product feedback and roadmap management tools, providing guidance to product teams.
• Coordinate product operating rhythms, request routing, department meetings, reporting, and roadmap presentation materials.
• Identify high-friction and repetitive work across planning, reporting, roadmap coordination, and internal communications.
• Design and implement AI-powered automations using workflow platforms, integrations, templates, SOPs, and reusable patterns.
• Measure adoption and outcomes, improve process scalability, and support AI-enabled ways of working across product discovery, requirements, and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process and operations analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline work and automate processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, presentation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work with data to monitor operational health, set goals, validate assumptions, and measure results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while translating ambiguous problems into practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Experience building lightweight internal tools, Slack apps, workflow bots, or Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.
• Experience with Productboard, Jira, or Confluence.
• Experience creating SOPs, templates, or enablement materials and optimizing organizational processes.
