What you will do

• Set and drive short- and long-term plans for the womenswear knitwear category.
• Translate fashion trends into relevant seasonal product opportunities.
• Develop products from concept through final product, ensuring quality, fit, and feel.
• Refine product and component work to build a competitive, customer-centred knitwear assortment.
• Collaborate with the product manager, planner, designer, pattern maker, and production team.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a similar Product Developer or Buyer role.
• Several years of experience working with knitwear garments.
• Education in textiles, buying, or product development.
• Experience creating products for the womenswear customer, with strong fashion sensibility and trend awareness.
• Commercial, structured, proactive, communicative, and solution-driven approach.
• Strong teamwork, salesmanship, and results-oriented mindset.
