hirify.global is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Manager (SEO) to drive organic growth for our websites.

What you will do

• Perform keyword clustering, competitor analysis, and SERP intent evaluation using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Define technical SEO requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Optimize metadata, internal linking, structured data (schema), and page speed.
• Manage communication with external contractors running white-hat link building campaigns via digital PR.
• Build a high-volume, high-quality content production for landing pages.
• Monitor backlink profile health and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Web SEO experience (Google; 3+ years), including European and/or American markets SEO experience.
• Mobile apps/games search optimization on the App Store and/or Google Play experience is a big plus.
• Deep understanding of search engines algorithms.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS for working with on-page SEO elements and content structure.
• Analytical skills and mindset.
• Knowledge of Russian language is a must.

Nice to have

• Search advertising experience is a plus.
• Technical education is a plus.
