TL;DR
Power Platform Enablement & Training Specialist (Power Platform): Designing and delivering Power Platform training, workshops, learning content, and user enablement programs across a global organization with an accent on governance, adoption, coaching, and practical guidance. Focus on supporting Citizen Developers and platform stakeholders, measuring training effectiveness, and incorporating Microsoft Power Platform updates into learning materials.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid workplace with home-office opportunity up to 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Design and deliver Power Platform training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning paths.
- Create and maintain guides, FAQs, videos, knowledge articles, and other learning materials.
- Coach Citizen Developers, Solution Owners, Environment Administrators, and business users.
- Drive adoption of Power Platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.
- Facilitate community activities, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and adoption metrics while collaborating with Governance, Community, and Platform Administration teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Power Platform enablement, training delivery, user adoption, or related low-code technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Governance, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience creating and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
