Brand Content Production Intern

What you will do

• Coordinate photo and video shoots, including briefs, moodboards, timelines, logistics, and product shipments.
• Manage production schedules and support the timely delivery of content assets.
• Develop creative briefs and production guidelines with marketing, creative, brand, production, and agency partners.
• Coordinate content projects from briefing through delivery, including post-production feedback and approvals.
• Organize brand content assets and contribute to launch toolkits and content packages across social, digital, campaign, CRM, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• Track projects, prepare meeting notes and action trackers, and maintain Content Hub references, portfolios, and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest in content production, brand communication, and creative processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• The internship lasts 6 months and starts in January 2027.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in project management, production, content, communication, or an agency environment.
