Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (IPF/PAH)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; the role covers Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway and requires high flexibility to travel internationally if needed.

What you will do

• Partner with research sites and stakeholders to develop action plans that accelerate clinical-trial recruitment.
• Support study-specific procedure training and educate healthcare professionals and research staff on trial protocols.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, caregivers, and referral networks to improve subject identification and enrollment.
• Maintain and analyze customer records to optimize pre-screening, screening, and enrollment strategies.
• Complete electronic reporting, organize group events, and coordinate program delivery across multiple functions.
• Manage objections and maintain current technical knowledge of relevant specialties and disease areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level.
• Prior experience with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and/or Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (IPF/PAH) is required.
• Nursing or other healthcare-professional experience is preferred; CRA experience is also preferred.
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate cross-functional activities, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
