Training Specialist (Offshore Wind) (Instructional Design): Designing and implementing training programs and instructional materials for offshore wind technicians with an accent on adult learning, digital learning methods, and training effectiveness evaluation. Focus on creating refresher modules, maintaining compliance records, updating content for changing technologies and regulations, and closing technician skill gaps.
Location: Gdansk, Poland and Vejle, Denmark

What you will do
- Design and develop training programs with the Training Project Manager, aligned with organizational goals and defined learning outcomes.
- Create and update training manuals, presentations, educational guides, storyboards, and digital learning materials.
- Apply instructional design methods such as ADDIE and SAM, combining traditional and digital learning approaches.
- Evaluate knowledge transfer, participant engagement, and performance improvement using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Develop refresher training for offshore wind technicians and support upskilling across Construction Site Resources.
- Maintain training records and update materials to reflect process, technology, regulatory, and lessons-learned changes.
Requirements
- Relevant education in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training design and development.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and evaluation skills.
- Professional experience in a training or learning-and-development role.

- PMC certification.
