Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; four days a week onsite

Salary: €55K–€75K per year

What you will do

• Build reliable and scalable infrastructure applications and tools.
• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure operations.
• Develop observability and orchestration tooling for monitoring and managing customer deployments.
• Support infrastructure changes across data and event-streaming platforms.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, redundancy, and code-quality tooling.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Production experience developing infrastructure management tooling with Python or Golang.
• Familiarity with observability tools, databases, event-streaming platforms, or container orchestration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD systems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production systems in high-consistency transactional environments.
