Talent Sourcing Partner (AI): Identifying, engaging, screening, and presenting candidates for client roles through Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities with an accent on pipeline development, candidate assessment, and recruitment data quality. Focus on building passive-talent pipelines, conducting initial interviews, maintaining candidate engagement, and coordinating sourcing outcomes with Talent Acquisition Partners and Team Leads.
Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines; work schedule is 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time.

What you will do
- Review role requirements and client calibrations to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Identify passive and active candidates using Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing tools, data mining, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Engage candidates, conduct telephone screens and initial interviews, assess suitability, and present qualified profiles internally.
- Maintain candidate profiles, notes, tags, and recruitment activity in Zoho.
- Provide recruitment updates, participate in calibration meetings, and follow recruitment procedures and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an agency, in-house, BPO, or RPO environment.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Understanding of Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques, with comfort using AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Working knowledge of recruitment management software; Zoho experience is preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.
