Lead Product Designed (For Pooling) (Fintech): Defining product strategy and delivering end-to-end payment product design for a crypto exchange and e-wallet with an accent on UX research, scalable design systems, and regulatory-compliant user journeys. Focus on leading designers, owning roadmaps and product metrics, designing payment experiences, and validating improvements through experimentation and analytics.
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid workplace with collaboration across time zones

is a crypto exchange and payment platform serving the Philippine market, with plans to expand beyond APAC.
What you will do
- Define the design vision and product strategy for payment products, balancing business goals, user needs, and compliance requirements.
- Own design and product improvement roadmaps, prioritization, backlog discussions, specifications, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and journey mapping through prototyping, UI specifications, and design-system development.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, experiments, and analytics-driven improvements across app and web experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and grow product designers and UX researchers.
- Partner with product, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer experience teams to deliver payment improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product design or hybrid product design/product management experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or people management.
- Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, specification writing, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.
- Proven experience designing scalable payment systems, e-wallets, or financial services platforms, with knowledge of the Philippine digital payment landscape and regulatory framework.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, plus familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, collaborative working style, and ability to coordinate with international stakeholders across time zones.
Nice to have
- Personal, regular use of the Coins app or similar e-wallet and fintech applications.
- Experience designing for mass-market, mobile-first audiences in emerging markets.
- Experience with QR Ph, NFC, merchant payment solutions, open finance, e-wallet interoperability, or blockchain.
