Trainer EMEA (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Deliver Stadium webinars and support the Engagement Academy as part of the scalable One-to-Many training offer.
• Help clients master the platform from both user and administrator perspectives, together with the Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Update academy content to reflect product releases and create localized learning materials.
• Analyze academy completion rates and webinar satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams, sharing client adoption insights and contributing to discovery meetings.
• Lead improvements to the One-to-Many strategy, build internal processes, and mentor new Trainers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success or Customer Care role.
• Strong listening, teaching, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar in German, English, and French.
• Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented environment.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in France.
