HRM Support (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Orastie plant, Romania; availability to work from the plant 4 days a week is required

hirify.global is a home-appliance manufacturer producing Philips coffee machines and irons, with more than 6,000 employees globally and a plant employing approximately 1,000 people in Romania.

What you will do

• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Support performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
• Perform employee lifecycle administration and payroll activities when required.
• Support HR projects, audits, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor labor-law compliance and assist with negotiations with trade unions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local labor and payroll legislation, with hands-on employee lifecycle administration and payroll experience.
• Experience with collective negotiations is strongly appreciated.
• Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English and proficient Romanian are required; availability to work from the plant 4 days a week is mandatory.
