What you will do
- Develop the next generation of scanning electron microscopy systems for semiconductor applications.
- Develop and use advanced simulations for electron beam–matter interaction, light–matter interaction, and magnetic and electrostatic phenomena.
- Conduct experimental laboratory research using advanced in-house facilities.
- Turn novel research ideas into working technology.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary R&D ecosystem and with technology-leading companies worldwide.
Requirements
- PhD in experimental or applied physics.
- Experience with laboratory work and simulations.
- Knowledge of high-voltage physics, voltage contrast in electron-beam applications, semiconductor device physics, or charged-particle and X-ray detector development is strongly advantageous.
