Senior Meta Media Buyer

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with a 4 days onsite and 1 day remote hybrid model. Workspaces are also available in Klaipėda and Riga; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the specific position.

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Own and execute Meta advertising strategy for digital products.
• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on profitability.
• Build and improve automation tools for campaign management and creative workflows.
• Identify new audiences, offers, and creative angles to improve performance.
• Partner with Product, Creative, and Data teams to drive business results.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support testing and scaling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar tools.
• Ability to own strategy, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for results.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong interest in paid social, testing, and continuous growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with dietary supplements or other direct-to-consumer products in the US market.
