Customer Service Representative (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage domestic and export purchase orders from receipt and verification through order entry, delivery instruction, shipment control, and completion.
• Monitor open orders and take action to support on-time delivery against customer promise dates.
• Coordinate orders with overseas hirify.global manufacturing sites and manage import activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, order changes, and service requests, providing first-call resolution or escalating issues to the appropriate partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouses to meet customer requirements.
• Act as the primary Korea business contact for the SAP Order-to-Cash module and provide backup support to group members.

Requirements

• Good English skills required.
• Strong verbal, phone, listening, and written communication skills.
• Customer service or order fulfillment experience.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and handle customer and internal stakeholder relationships professionally.
• Ability to operate business systems; SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive-minded, and able to contribute to productivity improvement initiatives.
