Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)
Salary: From €5,500 gross per month plus performance bonus

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product portfolio including open banking, card issuing, SEPA Direct Debit, and card payouts.
- Manage partner and banking relationships to expand currency coverage and settlement capabilities.
- Define acquisition and retention strategies, including marketing, website, and sales enablement.
- Serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the CEO.
- Drive the development agenda and build a formal delivery framework for multiple parallel product lines.
Requirements
- 8+ years in payments or financial services, with at least 3 years in a product or commercial leadership role at a PSP, EMI, or bank.
- Proven track record of taking payment products to market and managing multiple product lines in parallel.
- Deep understanding of payment economics, including pricing, partner cost stacks, and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of PSD2, SCA, AML obligations, and card scheme rules.
- Fluent English required.
- Experience negotiating with issuing, open banking, and settlement providers.
Nice to have
- PMO experience with formal frameworks like PRINCE2 or PMP.
- Direct experience with A2A, SEPA, or card issuing products.
- Existing relationships across EEA payment platforms or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience leading both product owners and commercial teams.
