What you will do
- Lead and develop the Sydney-based Medical Support team, setting clinical standards with the Clinical Operations Lead.
- Champion a patient-first approach across every interaction and improvement to the patient journey.
- Design scalable workflows, playbooks, and training for consistent support across clinics and geographies.
- Use analytics to forecast demand, track performance, identify root causes, and improve operations.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex patient enquiries and high-risk cases.
- Work with clinical, operations, product, and offshore teams to identify risks and implement process improvements using automation and AI.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a nurse and 4+ years of experience in a clinical, patient-facing, or operations role.
- Experience leading and managing a clinical or operations team, including performance management and professional development.
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex or high-risk escalations.
- Clear, empathetic communication across sensitive clinical and non-clinical conversations.
- Problem-solving skills focused on systemic improvements rather than case-by-case fixes.
- Comfort speaking publicly, contributing to content, attending events, and representing the clinical philosophy externally.
Nice to have
- Experience with or interest in telehealth and GLP-1 treatments.
- Familiarity with offshore or distributed team operations.
