Company

hirify.global Corp. is hiring for a manufacturing engineering documentation programme focused on ultra-clean semiconductor product assembly.

What you will do

  • Develop and design process workflows for ultra-clean product assembly in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain the master register of 97 SOPs and work instructions, including ownership, revision status, affected equipment, training needs, and conversion priority.
  • Review legacy documents with assembly process engineers, identify obsolete or duplicate content, and resolve discrepancies between actual practices and documented instructions.
  • Convert SOPs and work instructions into approved APS templates and controlled document-management formats, including visual controls such as photographs, diagrams, flowcharts, and inspection examples.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, comment resolution, approvals, controlled release, archival, training-impact assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Track programme progress, risks, overdue actions, and review-cycle performance while supporting audits, engineering change notices, purchase requisitions, and BOM/routing verification.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in process documentation, SOP/work-instruction development, quality systems, document control, technical writing, production engineering, or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience maintaining BOMs, routings, and master data systems, as well as documenting technical project progress and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of controlled-document practices, revision control, change management, good documentation practices, process mapping, risk-based prioritization, Microsoft Office, and electronic document-management systems.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, translate complex technical processes into clear operator-facing instructions, and support prototype assembly, verification testing, and design transfer to production.
  • Knowledge of tolerance and stack-up analysis, GD&T, quality, environmental, and safety standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and AS9100D.

Culture & Benefits

  • Temporary full-time engagement for nine months.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with process engineering, production, QA, EHS, maintenance, and other subject-matter experts.
  • Work supporting quality, environmental, safety, regulatory compliance, and internal audit readiness.
  • Interaction with cross-functional and international engineering teams.
