Senior Sourcer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers across diverse functions and markets.
• Identify, approach, assess, and convert prospects into qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Use AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders as a sourcing partner and talent advisor.
• Improve sourcing practices, share knowledge, and mentor junior sourcers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 or more years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience identifying and engaging candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Cold calling and email outreach experience.
• Advanced Boolean Search and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Research experience covering talent markets and competitor landscapes.
• Experience mentoring junior sourcers or sharing sourcing best practices.
