Tooling Center Manager (Gas Services)

What you will do

• Oversee daily Tool Center operations, including tool maintenance, functional checks, condition assessment, storage, labeling, and readiness for Field Service projects.
• Manage inventory, calibration status, life-cycle records, warehouse transactions, stock counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Coordinate tool preparation, dispatch, returns, procurement follow-up, and logistics activities, including temporary imports and exports.
• Lead Tool Center personnel through task allocation, workload coordination, performance follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, equipment checks, and 5S standards.
• Drive budgeting, CAPEX planning, data-based performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical or mechanical education is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Field Service or workshop environments.
• At least 5 years of logistics experience, preferably including temporary imports and exports.
• Experience managing tooling, equipment, inventory, and workshop or Tool Center operations.
• Experience leading and coordinating technical personnel, with knowledge of turnkey project setups and project implementation concepts.
• Fluent English is required.
