Salary: $102,400–$179,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise website strategy, roadmap, and digital experience priorities.
• Translate business objectives, audience needs, and brand strategy into digital journeys supporting complex B2B buying decisions.
• Establish standards for SEO, answer engine optimization, structured content, metadata, and AI-powered discoverability.
• Partner with the website product owner and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap initiatives.
• Use analytics, user behavior, research, and experimentation to improve usability, engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
• Advise leaders and clients on digital strategy, emerging capabilities, and website performance.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of progressive experience in digital and website strategy.
• Experience developing enterprise website, digital experience, or digital marketing strategies; multi-brand experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of answer engine optimization, SEO, content strategy, information architecture, analytics, and user experience practices.
• Experience applying performance data, user research, and experimentation to improve digital experiences.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and present recommendations to leadership.
• Willingness to travel; experience in healthcare, B2B, or other complex industries is preferred.
