Marketing Assistant (Digital Marketing): Creating and managing digital content, social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising for diverse agency clients with an accent on content quality, brand consistency, and conversion optimization. Focus on conducting digital audits, designing multimedia campaigns, editing WordPress, Wix, and Shopify sites, and managing Google and Facebook Ads.
Location: Colombia; fully remote. Preferred location: Latin America. Working hours: 9 am–5 pm CST.
Salary: $1,000–$1,200 per month.

What you will do
- Write press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Create, design, and schedule social media content, including basic video editing in Canva.
- Conduct digital audits and identify opportunities to improve client growth and marketing strategies.
- Edit websites in WordPress, Wix, and Shopify, and manage Google Business Listings and Yelp profiles.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook.
- Support account management activities and special client projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, website editing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, including design and basic video editing.
- Experience managing Google and Facebook Ads.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Wix, and social media scheduling tools.
- Advanced English grammar and the ability to write professional blogs and press releases.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
