TL;DR
Senior CRM & CDP Technology Specialist (FTC) (Braze/Tealium): Building and maintaining real-time customer data flows, automated CRM journeys, and personalized campaigns across Braze and Tealium with an accent on API integrations, event-driven architecture, and email deliverability. Focus on connecting data pipelines to live campaigns, resolving complex data issues, and improving event processing and message health across European markets.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace
What you will do
- Translate business and campaign requirements into technical designs across Braze and Tealium CDP.
- Set up and maintain data flows, REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and event-driven integrations.
- Build multichannel workflows, personalization logic, Liquid templates, audience segments, real-time attributes, event metrics, and streaming audiences.
- Provide daily technical support, resolve data issues, and help campaign teams handle complex edge cases.
- Monitor campaign performance, email deliverability, inbox placement, and event-processing integrity.
- Document integrations and workflows, and contribute to data architecture improvements such as the Semantic Event Layer.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and Customer Engagement Platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience building technical CRM solutions, data integrations, and automated journeys.
- Practical skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating or dynamic scripting.
- Strong understanding of real-time API integrations, webhooks, data layers, and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, domain setup, and technical health checks.
- English proficiency required for collaboration across international teams.
Nice to have
- Official Braze or Tealium certifications.
- Experience with mobile app data integrations, SDKs, AWS, or Snowflake.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments or with legacy CRM migrations.
